Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had recently. The fries had a strong burnt-oil taste, suggesting the frying oil needed to be changed. The gyro sandwich lacked the flavor and texture expected from a gyro and was more comparable to a simple deli-style sandwich.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant and would not return

Delicious poutines

A great place to enjoy poutine, especially if you're visiting the area and want to try a local favorite. The taste was good and satisfying, although I wouldn't consider it the best poutine I've ever had. It’s the worse service here and they force you to tip them 15% of your bill and if you don’t want to and this is so ridiculous. Tipping should not be forced. We should only give what we feel like

It was a rainy day and this place was right across the street from our hotel so I went over and got a large Philly cheese steak submarine sandwich with fries to go. Great service and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious, my wife and I shared this and there was enough for later!

Food was ok but expected more out of their different poutines when the name is Poutineville. Sink not working in men's bath, had to request a baby chair and grab paper towel because we only got one for 6 persons. Services was below share minimum so tiped accordingly to get the waiter coming rude at us because of that.
You want a decent tip, start by providing the bare minimum, you want a good one, don't stop at the basic, make customer feel welcome and feel cared for, extra miles they say.

The fries & poutine not crispy & seems they fried it before & just refried it again, calories for nothing!
