Only one waitress on a Saturday evening. We arrived 3 people at 4:40 p.m. The waitress immediately asked us if we were ready to order. We told him we would like some time to look at the menu. After the third time in not even 5 minutes we ordered. The main meal arrived very quickly without having had the soup. The waitress told us that it was because of the cook but we know very well that the soup is the waitress who has it within reach at this restaurant. No apology from him. She brought the soup while we ate our main course. She looked stupid the whole time. She never came to see if we were missing anything. We had to get up twice to ask her to bring coffee, which she gave us with a big sigh. We had to ask him 3 times for 1 dish to take away. There were at most 7 tables taken in the entire restaurant. The waitress had a smile, of course, when she came to bring the bill. In the past, at 5:30 p.m., there was a line at the door. I was surprised to see that few people were there. But with the service we had, I completely understand. For us, it's OVER. We were generous, we still gave him a tip. The boss went around the tables and helped the waitress. He was smiling and made sure no one wanted for anything.

Superb “truck stop” type restaurant. Newly resident of Quebec, I go there once a month. The food is always good there. Nice atmosphere and a big thank you to the waitress Méva!
