Drive-thru service only in the evening and sometimes the attendant is not there. Everything about food and drink is excellent. But the employees should have a little better training. I'm a coffee addict. Every day I go get a coffee. But the service leaves something to be desired. But, excellent products. Sonya

Several visits, at different times of day, on different days and something is always missing. Last night, it was the Timbits at 6 p.m., it's not possible to have a box of 10. The other time, it was the cookies at 2 p.m. And the time before, the muffins weren't ready at 8 a.m.

What a disservice. Never experienced such slow service at a Tim Horton's. 30 minutes of waiting on the screen for a very normal sandwich order. The person was slow and the orders were all inaccurate. Terrible! It would have taken less time to go eat at Chez Victor next door!
