Drive-thru service only in the evening and sometimes the attendant is not there.
Everything about food and drink is excellent.
But the employees should have a little better training.
I'm a coffee addict.
Every day I go get a coffee.
But the service leaves something to be desired.

Several visits, at different times of day, on different days and something is always missing. Last night, it was the Timbits at 6 p.m., it's not possible to have a box of 10. The other time, it was the cookies at 2 p.m. And the time before, the muffins weren't ready at 8 a.m.

What a disservice. Never experienced such slow service at a Tim Horton's. 30 minutes of waiting on the screen for a very normal sandwich order. The person was slow and the orders were all inaccurate.
Terrible! It would have taken less time to go eat at Chez Victor next door!

I went to this Tim Hortons on a slow Saturday morning, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a juice. After 25 minutes, I only received my apple juice since the employees had no sense of urgency or service. An employee was standing still in the middle of the kitchen doing nothing while waiting for time to pass. The other customers in the restaurant were also eager to get their orders, but the employees didn't seem in too much of a hurry. I would understand if it was short staffed, but I was able to observe 5 employees. This is the first review I've done and I'm not the type to complain, but I've never seen so much incompetence and such pitiful service. I recommend going to any other Tim Hortons.
