Drive-thru service only in the evening and sometimes the attendant is not there.
Everything about food and drink is excellent.
But the employees should have a little better training.

Several visits, at different times of day, on different days and something is always missing. Last night, it was the Timbits at 6 p.m., it's not possible to have a box of 10. The other time, it was the cookies at 2 p.m. And the time before, the muffins weren't ready at 8 a.m.

Please increase their salaries to bring in more labor. 30 min wait with 8 cars in front. Offer a Saturday bonus, I don't know, but it's discouraging because the staff is friendly, but there is a lack of labor and the salary brings the labor. Note: I went back recently and there is a clear improvement in the speed of the drive-thru service. May 2024
