It would be wise for all employees to be aware that there is a self-service payment terminal, and in periods of high traffic to provide an incentive to use it (a host/hostess) who guides customers to the terminal and assists them as needed, a bit like McDonald's did when implementing this alternative or like certain retail stores and self-checkout cash registers. I'm giving 3 stars simply because I did end up getting what i ordered.

Got my order wrong, came back to have it redone, it was way too hard to get my point across that my order was wrong, but ultimately, the manager agreed, and i got my stuff.

I know that it sucks to work retail/restauration, but if im respectful, please dont disrespect me. It's just rude and unprofessional.
