PFK is a popular restaurant known for its friendly employees and generally good food. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness, but there have been some reports of food not meeting expectations, such as chicken strips not being crispy and biscuits lacking a honey/buttery topping. Recently, customers have noted good service, with one employee described as kind, energetic, and patient, despite some language barriers. The restaurant also offers vegetarian options, accommodates dietary restrictions, and is wheelchair accessible.
