Service without a smile and very slow. The portion of soup is ridiculous. This experience is not up to the standard of a museum.

Beautiful place, cuisine that met our expectations but unfortunately the service was poor; several errors, lack of finesse on the part of the waitress who even bordered on rudeness.

The food was delicious, the service number 1, and the atmosphere very pleasant… all this at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere
But really not good meal
3 items missing from my tartare as well as the missing accompaniment
No bread for the gudeille
It has 4 main dishes on the menu so it’s a bit special to lack ingredients like that!

A bland tartare lacking lemon or lime! The sour cream or mayonnaise binder was heartbreaking!
Bland chips, exceptional croutons!

Our waitress was very courteous and kind, unfortunately the kitchen service was very long for a lunch.
Soup served almost immediately then the main course 30 minutes later so our glass of white had time to temper ?
Excellent crème brûlée!

Second time going there, the first time was perfect! But this time almost nothing was wrong... in terms of the dishes nothing to say the taste and the quality was there. But in terms of service and atmosphere it was a disaster... the waitress was not very pleasant and a little haughty for my taste. The service was slow, and we didn't like the atmosphere, we didn't really feel at home, as if we were disturbing. As for the drinks, it was not to our taste this time, as if the dosages had been done incorrectly. I think we won't come back, especially because of the service…

I am in the restaurant business. Saturday 2 p.m., I arrive with my children. We wait at the entrance. The waitress sees us, asks for coffee or restaurant? I'm answering for the restaurant please. Reaction, disappointed with my response, another table to serve!! She prefers to let us wait. I have to go back to work (catering too) I have a lot of respect for people in the catering industry. But being told she's too busy to assign us a table when I see her working. The room was not occupied. His attitude made me choose to leave the establishment. I ask him if it's the fact that it's 2 p.m. and it's too late to eat and clearly, I've seen young people working at the Café before, they were more professional. Waitress seriously lacks training and above all respect for the profession. ? I find that a shame.Ps: I'm going to go back, however, situations like this, we need to open discussions, it's important.

Ordered ciabatta, warmed, got a wrap that was still cold inside inst wd. When I pointed it out, they just said they had run out. Soup was a tiny portion as well. Convenient inside the museum, and could be much better with a little more attention. Price for prepped salads rather high (17 vs 10 for sandwich)

Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options, and one vegan salad with tempeh.

A friend and I went there during the launch of the “See the Night” exhibition on November 1st. The servers (only 2!) were overwhelmed, because there were crowds in the restaurant. But we were understanding and the young man was very friendly. We both had the Nantes carrot soup. The topping on my soup was generous...but almost absent for my friend. We also both opted for the forbidden risotto, goat cheese, porcini mushrooms and truffle. Dry dish, poorly seasoned and no taste of truffle! We only ate a quarter of our meals. (no compensation offered...) A disappointment, because Chef Godbout has a good reputation. The food served on site is very inconsistent...perhaps make sure that staff is provided accordingly when there is a major event? Was the Chief there? to be continued...
