One of the best places in Quebec City. EST view , best service and best food. We really enjoyed the dinner which lasted 4 hours! We love it.

Bland, tasteless food, that is too overpriced. Our server was also rather curt and unfriendly. We had a significantly better experience at Légende par la Tanière (only a 15 minute walk from the Château Frontenac) the night before. They had better tasting food, a better presentation of their tasting menu, very friendly staff, and much nicer ambience.

Kind of a must visit in Quebec. Plan ahead for reservations as it is popular and brunch is only on Sundays. Expensive, but worth it if you're a visitor. If you leave hungry that's your fault.

I had such great hopes and was really looking forward to dinning there. The ambiance is amazing but I probably had one of the worst waiters ever. After being seated, he finally came to our table after about 10 minutes and asked if we were ready to order without ever asking if we would like a drink or explaining the menu (which was a bit confusing). When I asked about a drink, he brought the wine list only and nothing with cocktails. It is basically a preset menu with some options. The waiter taking care of the table next to us explained everything course in detail. We got nothing from our waiter. I have no idea why we were treated that way. We were are dressed nice and were very polite. Also (and this is not the waiter's fault) it took a very, very long time between the courses. I would never eat there again and the price is not worth what you get. Overall the food was lovely but overpriced with the level of service and the timing of the meal.

Comme si le moment était suspendu. Le menu dégustation est incroyable et le service impeccable. Moment magique et inoubliable. Nous avons adoré.

On the evening of June 20th, our experience was very enjoyable thanks to our lovely waitress Martina (not sure). She was new and had a beautiful face, lovely braided hair and the perfect personality to serve us. She encouraged us to stay when we weren't sure and we had lots of fun with her. The food was delicious and service was timed perfectly between courses. A young gentleman described each course with enthusiasm.

Food pairings competed with one another versus complementing one another. Ie- the first course wafer overpowered the foie gras. The second course citrus overpowered the halibut....etc

We went for the Sunday brunch, reported to be the best in all of Québec. It lived up to the hype. Anything you could want was available and everything we tried was exquisite. The view of the Saint Lawrence overlooking Dufferin Terrace on a lovely June morning was beautiful. Definitely worth it.

The restaurant wasn't crowded and we were seated in a corner, we asked for a window table, but they said there were none available and didn't give us an option to wait, as one opened shortly after. The menu is limited, as it is mostly a prix fixed menu, we weren't happy with the choices, so we order 2 a la carte, the food we ate was very good. We had the lobster and the beef, small portions, but perfectly cooked and served beautifully. Though they charged almost as much as the 4 course menu, for 2 courses Quality of the food was outstanding, decor is amazing, service was outstanding, menu was limited.

Amazing fine dining experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff. My mother and I had an amazing experience and would eat at this establishment again. The menu was creative and delicious and the cocktails were amazing.

Lovely staff, pleasant atmosphere. Not worth the price. Let's start with drinks, the non-alcoholic pairing is unique in flavoring and the same price as the alcoholic pairing. The first course of lobster is simply okay, the second course of halibut - I had two large bones and two small bones in my last bite which left an unpleasant experience to the course, the third course of meat was good however why would you serve a jus that is red and looks like blood all over the plate? For the final course of desserts it was simply okay however the tart was so frrozen I almost broke the plate cutting it with the fork, the sorbet was excellent. The amuse-bouche and post desert could have been skipped and you would not have missed anything. Overall for one person it was not worth the $300 price tag. However I do want to reiterate the staff was fantastic, the fault does not lay with them, it was the chef.

Ambience and service was very good. The food was average and below what would be expected for a $700+ meal for two persons.
