Our server and the tea experience were excellent. I've done many afternoons teas around the world and it was top notch. However, the hotel staff (not at the tea service) were exceedingly rude. My group of five women went to use the restroom after tea and the employee tried to turn us away. When I explained we just paid >$600 at this establishment and we'd like to use the restroom, she let us in. Great place to experience a nice tea with a wonderful view. Food was delicious and servers attentive.
A lovely afternoon tea experience, food was great and beautifully presented and service attentive. A little pricey but it's more for a special occasion and experience
