Bar 1608 in Quebec offers a nice atmosphere and great drinks, making it a good spot to visit alone or with friends. The price is reasonable, similar to a hotel bar. The cocktail list may seem limited, but the staff is excellent at making custom drinks or suggesting new ones. It's a perfect place for a business break or a fun night out in QC. The bar can get busy, especially after 8-9pm, so plan accordingly. Overall, Bar 1608 is a fantastic experience with a fully stocked bar and friendly service, including a shoutout to bartender Félix-André for his excellent service.
