The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was wonderful. My dining companion's flight was delayed, but I still felt very comfortable dining alone. Food was unique and had great flavours, portions were very small. This restaurant had a Michelin 'honorable mention' but is much like a Michelin restaurant. The waiter emphasized the 4 or 6 course meal with wine pairings to the extent that we didn't think any à la carte options were available. Le Champlain est vraiment une place où l'on peut apprécier une très bonne nourriture et un service très professionnel. J'ai fréquenté cet endroit depuis plus de 20 ans, et j'ai toujours apprécié leur service, ainsi que le ainsi que le voiturier à l'entrée. Non, je le recommande sans aucune réserve.
