We used this restaurant attached to the plaza hotel in Quebec mainly for breakfast. The food was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. We were looked after by a very friendly young lady called Laurence, She spoke perfect English and always managed to obtain whatever we ordered for lunch/dinner. It was a nice experience eating international Ginger Bar.
Laurence was a great server
It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. You could tell some effort went into the food, but I think it could have been better. The place was also a bit too noisy.

Despite this, another guest enjoyed the Christmas table d’hôte, highlighting it as an excellent option for celebrations. The bartenders have received praise for their friendliness, although there were concerns about their knowledge and drink preparation. Overall, while the location is convenient for hotel guests, experiences may vary.
