“The chocolate dipped cones are fantastic. The chocolate tastes wonderful and solidifies to a thick chocolate coating on the cone. Unlike every other dipped cone I have had in my 71 years on earth which forms a thin coat on the ice cream, the chocolate coating is as thick as a chocolate bar. There are 12 dipping options. In my visit to Quebec, I stopped by two locations and both made excellent treats. I regret that there is no Chocolate Favoris location in Texas.“

“Judging by the other reviews, this place was not great about 5 years ago, but it's definitely changed. I'm confident that the only reason this place has 3 stars is that the most recent review is 4 years old. They have a wide variety of interesting gelato and sorbet flavors, most of which I can't speak for, but the raspberry sorbet, mango sorbet, rhubarb gelato, whiskey crème gelato, and chocolate gelato were excellent! We met the owner, who was justifiably proud of his homemade gelato. The texture of the sorbet is smooth, not icy, and the raspberry had actual raspberry pieces in it. Delicious! The sugar cones were also great, and I'm pretty sure they make them there. The service was very quick and friendly as well. This little shop definitely stands apart from the usual tourist fare omnipresent in Old Quebec.“
