The best waiter, best mix of music, best patio. Casual and so friendly. Crazy delicious dessert of the day. Treat yourself to see the archaeology museum (7 min walk at ilot) and watch the film there on beer making in Quebec…! It features this bar and we are so glad we were inspired to be part of Quebec history! Yah to beer and Quebec!

La Barberie is an absolute gem and an excellent place in Quebec to enjoy great craft beer and food. It offers a cozy atmosphere with patio seating in summer, and is a perfect spot to relax. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides wonderful, impeccable service.
The beer selection is amazing, with a great variety and styles. The excellent beer flight offers unique and the best-tasting brews. The food is equally impressive, fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully plated. Options include small plates, a cucumber salad, veggie beignets, marinated vegetables, and delicious dessert. The establishment is casual and easy-going, with board games on site. It is a dog-friendly destination, welcoming dogs even inside. Located within walking distance of the cruise port, it provides a quiet respite away from typical tourist areas.
