très très vraiment bon , entré de pétoncle Chardonnay et filon mignon cuit comme je l'aime pas un mot à dire un 5/5
ce soir le 1 février 2025 je suis aller manger au restaurant le charbon j'ai été reçu comme un roi avec les serveurs Joe et Sophie et du propriétaire Richard. la nourriture était excellente très délicieux de qualité je suis réparti très heureux. je recommande as tous ce très bon restaurant. ces plus que un restaurant ces une familles.
Absolutely excellent. Be prepared to be there for a little while, it’s not a rushed process. The steaks were superb all around, the sides just the same. Fantastic wine selection, upscale spot to enjoy one of the best of Quebec City’s dining options. 100%.
