Bravo! An exceptional experience. Although slightly off the tourist path in Old Quebec, I highly recommend a visit. Very traditional French Bistro dishes as well as exceptional housemade charcuterie and cheese. Huge portions worthy of sharing. I mean it's as a great compliment to say it reminds me of a Quebec version of Fergus Henderson's St John Bread & Wine in London with the quality of food to match. You can also get house meat and cheese to go! Simple wine list....
