What a dream, what a dream, what a dream. Not my first Michelin-starred restaurant. Need I say it's currently one of TWO in the entirety of Canada with 2 stars. There are no 3 stars here. Expectations? Surpassed. I've eaten at 11 Madison, Per Se, French Laundry, and many others. I've eaten 3 stars, 2 stars, 1 star, no star. I've been around. But this experience was the best, through and through. The food was outstanding. Expect it. The atmosphere? Fantastic....
