My main takeaway outside of the excellent food, service and atmosphere, was that I am not sure how I've gotten this far in life without my towels smelling like balsam fir. Thanks for opening my eyes to the light.

Tanière³ lives up to its 2 Michelin star reputation! Every dish felt so carefully thought out, creative, beautifully presented, and of course delicious. Each course was fresh, seasonal, and deeply connected to the Canadian terroir. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was so attentive, warm, and knowledgeable.
