They do not know how to make coffee. Espresso drinks have no flavor and do not taste like coffee! We threw away a $7 latte. Terrible service, Super rude staff, I’m shocked as it is attached to the Frontenac. Avoid!

Beautiful little Starbucks, perfect for a coffee, or snack to take away! Very well located, beautiful view of the river on the terrace!

Staff was friendly but that’s about the only positive thing about this location. Overpriced and bad atmosphere. You’re paying a premium for the location but you’re completely cut off from the chateau, which is just weird. There is also very limited seating. You’re better off checking out one of the other local cafes.

Located near the North East corner of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac with inside access from the hotel as well as outside from Dufferin Terrace. Inside sitting area just off the entry within the hotel. Standard menu items common to other franchise locations. Staff were professional, friendly and bilingual. Perfect for a morning coffee while taking in the lovely views.

We had a very bad experience yesterday.. bought hot chocolate and two caramel machiato, and to be honest, it was horrible hot chocolate we ever had. Even the caramel machiato was also horrible.. My son just tried a sip, and he threw it away. The milk was too thin, and taste was horrible. It was the first time we tried Starbucks in canada. We are used to Tim Hortons, and it is way way better than this.We had from other location Starbucks and again was way better compared to Quebec city. We tried Starbucks only thinking they will have consistency across locations.

While I was in line I saw the attendant were asking names for the orders. While it was my turn, she (Daphne I guess was her name) just asked what I wanted and if I need my receipt. She never asked for my name even when I gave her tip. It made me feel uncomfortable and uninvited. Never going back again.

The baristas were busy laughing and pointing at a transgender person, didn't have time to even stir my macchiato.

Location is perfect: one cashier for a line of 40+ people, service deadly slow, not necessarily the cleanest of the stores. I would get coffee somewhere else nearby in spite of loving Starbucks.

This starbucks is split into 2 sections. You enter from the street and you order on your right and the seats are on the left. The baristas will know english so don't worry if you can't say "Pumpkin Spice Laté" in French.Dietary restrictions: They got all the options for milk substitution. If you are celiac then stay away though.
