“J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner deux jours au magnifique Hôtel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, et ma soirée du samedi 2 Mars au Restaurant Chaplain restera gravée dans ma mémoire. Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude envers M. Eric, le Manager, pour son accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux et professionnel. Un grand merci également à Caroline, notre serveuse attentive, qui a veillé sur nous tout au long de la soirée et nous a guidés dans notre choix du Menu Signature. L'expérience culinaire était tout simplement divine, sublimée par une ambiance des plus agréables. Pour couronner le tout, notre soirée s'est achevée par des digestifs au Bar 1608, ajoutant une note parfaite à notre expérience mémorable. Je recommande vivement l'Hôtel Fairmont Le Château Frontenac et le Restaurant Chaplain à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle dans un cadre enchanteur. “We discovered this gem along with the other parliament tours of the library and legislative halls.
The dining room is reminiscent of Greek architecture while being incredibly upscale. Having been to my fair share of corporate banquets around Europe, this experience exceeds those.
We paid $50 for a 3-course tasting menu that would be priced at $80+ in any other restaurant. But combined with the atmosphere of being in a historic building that is still active and relevant today, the meal is presented with gravitas.
This is unmissable for anyone visiting quebec city for the first time. I might come here every time I visit!“

“I try to go to Quebec City every year or two and always stay at Le Monastère des Augustines. The building has been tastefully restored to blend the old with the new. The morning guided meditative walks and afternoon restorative yoga classes are always highlights of my trip in addition to the amazing breakfasts. This is a unique and beautiful place to stay in an amazing city!“

“Dec2024 Cold winters is the perfect weather for this shop that is all about chocolates.
I love the way that you can customize and pick from different types, mixtures and levels of choclate. The gift and store is also a dizzying collection that will take some time to go through.
The counter service us friendly and much used to tourists.
The place is fun filled and decorated with lots of memorabilla and displays.
Definitely a family venue as well as a place for friends and all types of customers who love this addicting bean.
Toilet and public wifi is accessible.

“Great discovery, wide choice of flavors. It's original and very good! I recommend the place. The puffs are a little greasy but at the same time they're fried so that's normal. Their ice cream is also very good. I would definitely come back. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Excellent biscoff flavor. A much appreciated little sweet treat.“

“We went to Korrigane on a Saturday evening to enjoy a beer poutine.
We ordered a beer poutine and a vegan poutine (in which there was also beer), and what a pleasant surprise!
The vegan poutine had a truly unique taste, a well-prepared vegetarian dish, which doesn't try so much to imitate meat (especially since there was seitan in it, a mushroom with 75% protein!)
The beer poutine was also very good, although we preferred the vegan one.
The atmosphere was also not bad, the servers really friendly.“

“Even though we followed the crowd to choose this popular restaurant, it did not disappoint. I ordered the famous baby pork ribs (regular size), and it was very fulfilling! The surface of the pork was well-marinated with a sweet and sour sauce. The meat was tender. Paired with the salad and fries, the whole dish was very satisfying.
I also tried the soup of the day, which was a zucchini cream soup. It was light and comforting. I wanted to try their crème brûlée, but unfortunately it was sold out for the day.
Our server David was very nice and attentive! Overall it was a great dining experience.“

“J’ai adoré mon expérience au Tora-Ya! En entrée, nous avons mangé le Kara-agé & Gyoza au porc. C’était excellent!! Comme repas principal nous avons mangé le ramen Ômori Shôyu. C’était succulent!! Je recommande ce resto aux amateurs de ramen! 🍜“
