The staff are slow to respond but when they do, they are very courteous. This is partdue to the very badly designed interior where the counter for ordering in person, puts the client not within line-of-sight and you end up waiting far longer than you reasonably should.
They kept on overfilling the coffee so you couldn't hold the cup without burning your hand. Self order machines often broken and not giving receipts.
I have often used their drive-thru service and never had a problem, but this evening (Vov. 28, 2024 around 8 p.m.) I went to the dining room with a friend and her 4 children.
A real joke! I would never go again.
