McDonald's offers a mixed experience based on recent reviews. The late-night drive-through service is praised for being attentive and courteous, with well-prepared food. However, some customers encountered issues, such as receiving cold food and unsatisfactory service from staff. Despite this, there is an understanding that many staff members are new to the country and deserve patience. One standout employee, Yekoumbe Piaget, received commendation for his humor, quality service, and willingness to accommodate customers after closing. Overall, McDonald's aims to provide good service and food, though experiences can vary.
