Disorganized service. They were polite enough but waited around 20 mins and my Macpoulet was just mustard when I didn't personnalize it.The kitchen staff was running around like headless chickens. Management needs to step in to reorganize / train this team or get more staff.
The food is cold at 4:45 pm I asked for it to be hot and I still had chips that had to hang in the basket. The portion was smaller. It's been 3 times cold.(Original)La nourriture est froide à 16h45. J'ai demandé que ce soit chaud et j'ai encore eu des frites qui devaient trainer dans le panier. La portion était plus petite. Ça fait 3 fois que c'est froid.
