Aucun service !! Pas sel ,vinaigre, poivre etc et on se fait répondre qu'il y en a plus ! Les frite sont noir c'est sérieusement pas mangeable !! Mon lunch est allez a la poubelle comme la plupart des gens qui y sont allé en même temps que moi ! Il y a un sérieusement un manque au niveaux de la qualité et du service! Au prix que sa coûte en plus maintenant !!
My experience at Restaurant Valentine d'Amos was not the best. One of the waitresses shouts at customers when they forget to wear a mask instead of discreetly warning the person. Which is very difficult.
My partner and I went to eat at this restaurant when I ordered, the staff seemed bothered with the Valentine application. She didn't know how to use it or what to do with it despite the publicity.

Total negligence in monitoring franchisees...burnt oils, steam machine without steam and loyalty program not available. At $20 for a trio, that's a day's work thrown away for a family.
Ps: I wrote to customer service... I had a free meal on my account but it expired because your restaurants don't accept your stupid loyalty program.
