Tim Hortons serves good coffee and apple rock, with friendly and attentive staff. The food is fresh, with hot Timbits available. However, cleanliness can be an issue, specifically in the toilets. Prices vary, with a medium coffee and sesame bagel costing around $4.75 and a black coffee with cheddar cheese toast costing $7.05. The dining room is clean and bright, with a large parking lot. Armchairs near the fireplace are very popular. The drive-thru service is excellent and fast, but direct ordering at the counter can be a problem, as customers are ignored. The area has changed with all these condo buildings, and the branch is aging well. Unsanitary conditions have been reported, with a hair in a sandwich and a wasp on the loose in the donut counter.
