It is such a bad hotel that the basic requirements for any stay now a days includes wifi access, and here it sucks even after telling them please get it fixed they did not do it. And for whole hotel they just share one open wifi network access which is literally pathetic as u can not get the range in every room its such disappointing for me!
I recently had a 4-night stay here for work and I can say with no doubt that this hotel sets the standard. All staff that I encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful! I absolutely loved my room; it was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs also had quality food at reasonable prices. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to business travelers.
I had a disappointing stay. When I walked into the lobby, the floor was soaked, water tracked in from the pool was all over the lobby and even inside the elevators. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. Management needs a better system so guests dry off before roaming the hotel.
The room itself didn’t match the advertised photos, and at $800 for three nights, that’s unacceptable. The carpet had random dirt spots and the bed gave me the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also overpriced: $21 for two eggs, a small piece of sausage, a strip of bacon, and hash browns. Nothing special, just expensive because there’s nothing else nearby.
Overall, I expected far better from a Novotel property, definitely not worth the price.
Rooms are very clean. Excellent customer service. Free parking. Very good price for the quality. Plus they have a pool and gym.
Got to Novotel and there was no power, imagine the state of this place
I was shocked that this hotel decided to sell the usually free toothbrush at a ridiculous price of 6$. Other goods are also way overpriced compared to other hotels that give them for free upon request.
The room is old and the shower was not that clean. Go somewhere else unless it is the only option remaining.
Nice rooms, great location near airport and shopping.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Montreal Airport, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home.
A special mention goes to Mr. Yasir Mirza, whose hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. His immense politeness and humble demeanor were beyond superb. Mr. Mirza consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests exemplify the highest standards of customer service.
I would highly recommend Mr. Yasir Mirza for all customer-facing roles and hospitality services. He is a true asset to the Novotel team.
Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience.
Front desk staffs need proper training in customer service. They are ignorant and rude.
I stay for couple of night good staff good environment I really appreciate all services. Also special shout out to the beared gentleman who works at night, I think his name was Yasir. He ensured that all my needs were met and was very helpful. Will definitely be coming back if I am in the area.

My car was stolen from this hotel parking lot. The hotel parking had gate, safeguard and camera. Hotel management did not take any responsibility. The safeguard left his seat exactly at the time of the theft. If you go to this hotel your car is not safe. Same night another car window was broken too. Don't wast money in this hotel. Even management did not provide rental car for us to return to our city.
There is no customer service. For a hotel room at $200 a night it is not worth it. No room or maid service. No ceramic mugs for coffee in room or glasses. You are supplied with paper cups the first night stay. After that you are on your own. No coffee available in the morning. The pool or hot tub is not heated I asked for maid service at front desk and no one came the whole week.
Pleasant atmosphere and rooms. Everything was nice except one fine gentleman, Mr.Yasir. This gentleman thinks he owns the hotel. Guy even made a racist comment when my wife was talking at the reception with him. We didn’t want to escalate the issue but this guy needs some serious training on how to treat guests. Everybody greeted us through out the day when we came in the hotel apart from this gentleman. Hope Novotel takes this into consideration.
We have been staying at many hotels lately and this is by far the worst one we have stayed at. The smell in the hotel is very off-putting. The room smelled like pee right upon entering it. There was no hand soap no body soap left. Someone had taken a lot of kleenexes out of the box and had put them back in the box. The nightstand was full of crumbs and hair. They don't even bother to wash under the beds it had years of dust under there. I wasn't feeling really good about letting my baby crawl on the ground. Breakfast isn't even included we had to pay $30 for a very cheap looking breakfast that was possibly the worst I've ever had. I would never come back here or would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Simply awful stay.
Yasir is a legend - thanks for welcoming me so warmly!
