I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved.
Charging nearly $300 per night and not even providing a complimentary bottle of water is honestly ridiculous. A bottle of water costs pennies, yet guests are expected to buy it from the hotel instead. That isn't luxury but it's cheap and greedy.
The hotel itself is decent, but this kind of penny-pinching completely ruins the experience. Hospitality is about the small details, and refusing to provide something as basic as drinking water sends a clear message: maximizing every dollar matters more than guest experience.
If you're charging premium rates, act like a premium hotel. Saving 30 cents on a bottle of water isn't worth losing customers' trust and repeat business.
I will not be staying here again.
Had a terrific experience at this hotel due in large part to the staff, and especially Yasir and Enrique. They were great and made sure our experience was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
Me and my family had a good time there although the hotel has nothing special. It’s a little off for the Novotel standards that I’m used to. Location is very bad, but given it’s an airport area hotel, I wasn’t expecting anything better. Room was very big, however the furniture was old and the AC very noisy. The thing that I was most concerned about was the cars theft reviews. However I noticed that the hotel added some extra security by placing rocks barriers around the parking lot and a gate that you need to tap your room key in order to open it when leaving. It made me feel safe in overall.
Rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean.
My room was musty and stank, I asked the lobby to do something without any success. Considering that at checkout I was not asked if my stay was ok, I assume the well being of their guest is not their priority. I happened to have breakfast the last day, and ordered the vegetables omelet, part of the items listed on the menu was missing. They lost my business and more
In this peak summer time AC doesn’t work well here in rooms. And internet is good for nothing.
My stay was good. Had to change our dates, one phone call and they said it'll be done. They saved my entire long weekend plan from getting ruined by a simple yes. We were able to reschedule and the checkin checkout was smooth. The room was spacious, quite and bathroom was decent. The tub did had an issue with a bit of clogging and not sure why's their a gap between bathroom door but it is what it is. Elevator was big, quick, lobby clean and so were the halls. It's one of the cheapest hotels you'd find and its worth what you pay.
Friends car was stolen from secured parking lot. Made me uneasy all weekend staying there wondering if my car would be next...Power outage for 3.5 hours and no backup???? Again very unsafe. Just go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
Very nice hotel!
Amazing service! Eliyas was so kind and professional!
Some noisy people, but the hotel itself is excellent.

Good service
The rooms are meh. Empty, basic stuff, garbage TV options however the food is amazing and the little convenience store in the lobby is pretty nice as well. Nothing is nearby, its overall a garbage area and its like 15 minutes away from the airport since you have to take the long way around.
Overall, the hotel was excellent, especially considering the price. It was significantly more affordable than other hotels in the surrounding area. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The washrooms were also very clean. My only issue was that the bed was a bit too firm for my preference, which made it slightly difficult to sleep. Aside from that, I had no complaints. I also appreciated the gated parking lot, which added an extra sense of security, and having a restaurant inside the hotel was a nice bonus. There was also a pool, although I’m not sure if it was open since it looked like it was under renovation.
I had arrangements but choose this hotel and was happy to switch because they had pool and hot tub. When we asked where pool was they told us is was closed for reservations. I asked why they didn’t tell us when we booked or let us know. Front desk attendant said we can use fitness room if we wanted exercise. I mentioned we came to relax enjoy the pool and tub. She said sorry and offered nothing else for the inconvenience. The restaurant, the breakfast was terrible, it came out cold, bacon was paper thin, and potatoes partially cooked. Coffee wasn’t very good as well, restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It’s a nice hotel but service and up keep is terrible. Clean the dust off piano going into restaurant, it gives a really bad impression. Will not return or recommend this place, seems like poor management and reflects all the way down with people who work there not caring for the guest experience. Only person that said hi was night shift desk attendant, house keeping, restaurant and other staff can’t be bothered to say hi good morning or anything. I hate to leave a bad review but this review reflects poor management and I hope you take the criticism well, this is all to help for a good guest experience. Not looking for anything, it’s something that should’ve made sense when I wasn’t satisfied paying for service I didn’t receive.
Stayed a few nights April 2026.
Pros:
- Clean, modern, comfortable hotel near the airport.
- Well-appointed spacious rooms with good soundproofing.
- Pleasant, competent staff and great service from the gentleman working restaurant/room service. Food itself was alright.
- Gated parking, feels secure.
- Convenience shop on site.
- Pet friendly.
Cons:
- Not really walkable to anything.
- Climate control wasn't working that well in the room.
- Pool was closed, apparently for renovation.
- The two queen beds in the room were very different from one another - one with some slightly uncomfortable sagging spots.
