We came on a very busy night , UFC/World cup games. It was packed and it seemed like we wouldn’t have a table to sit at. Jackie however, gave us a true unmatched and amazing service by getting us a table not once but twice in the same day. At first , I thought he was the manager because of how he was handling the restaurant but then I came to find out he wasn’t. In my opinion his attention to customers and the job will take him far in any domain he works in. Keep it up Jackie.

What a great restaurant/bar/ family restaurant! My husband raved about this place after a work trip so we went as a family when we were all in Montreal. The service was great, despite us showing up in the middle of a World Cup game and they were very busy. We were attended to, our food came out in a timely manner, and staff were very friendly! The popcorn was a real hit with the kids, and the variety of awesome drinks on the kid's menu was wonderful. Food quality and quantity was great as well. Both kids could not finish their kid's meals.The ambience was appealing and the place was quite clean, even with all the popcorn that gets distributed!!!!
The Salmon Tataki Bowl (pictured below) was simply amazing! The salmon was done perfectly with the perfect amount of flavour over all the veggies and rice. Highly recommend La Cage and will definitely be going back when in QC.

Went during the world cup.. Great for any sporting event! Great service and food was good.

We used to go to La Cage Laval, but this time we couldn’t find a reservation. Burger wasn’t tasty at all
For the price I paid I could have 2 burgers 10/10 in a different place. Ceaser salad has to be lettuce from the coeur du lettus not the upper part of the Lettuce , Chicken on top of the ceaser wasn’t well grilled … fish and chips toooo oily , the food quality was like just eat anything pay & leave . We won’t come next time.

I suggest that the manager & cook chef goes to the competition resto and taste their food to learn & know where to fix & to change,
The burger at Resto crazy Falafel Laval is way beyond expectations , and so other places as well like Shawarma mood in chomedey their burger is 15/10 , The price we paid yesterday is very expensive for the quality of food we had.

hot honey chicken plate wasn't spicy but all good and delicious, for dessert french toast with ice-cream was very good and melton cake was amazing!

Overpriced for the food and experience. More upscale than a sports bar/pub should be. Not necessarily a blue collar place for lunch.

Went there with my cousin and his son to watch the Habs win it 7-3! Had the duo tartare plate....was really good. Service was great and you get unlimited free popcorn 🍿

Food was average, service was good. Wings were small, burger was not very juicy, quite dry. For what seems like fresh cut fries, they tasted dry and stale. Poutine sauce was mostly just congealed. Calamari pieces were super tiny, no substance to it. Dj played music over the Habs game, would’ve been nice to hear the game commentary.

A really good sports bar. Good space nice seating. Good choice of drinks. surprisingly good sports bar type of food. The one thing that I can say was not good and our table all agreed was the French fries. Low quality,, bad taste and burnt. We were a table of 25 office workers .. everyone agreed the fries are just the worst. But the wings are amazing and the nachos and burgers are really good.

I had a great experience at La Cage – Brasserie Sportive. The ambience was lively and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The atmosphere really adds to the overall experience.

A special thank you to our server, Maxim, who provided outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated the evening. Great service like this makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be happy to come back again! 🍽️👏

That said, I did have a small concern during the visit. I tried to get the attention of another server, Stephanie, simply to ask where the restroom was, but she seemed to avoid eye contact and walked past without acknowledging me. It felt a bit dismissive and not very customer-friendly. Hopefully this is noted by the management and taken care off.
