The atmosphere (over which Kouzina has NO control) could be better, but the food and the staff make up for it. Indeed, it is a hidden gem, hiding in a mundane run-of-the-mill older shopping centre but it's worth it. Try them out! You have nothing to lose but your appetite.“

The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening out.For my main course, I ordered the sea bass, and it was exceptional. The fish was cooked to perfection – tender, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot-on, complementing the natural taste of the sea bass without overpowering it. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and well-prepared, making for a balanced and satisfying meal.“

“My wife and I really enjoy frequenting this place so charmingly.
Excellent place to escape city life while being in close contact with nature.
We can see birds coming and pecking at the crumbs of food that fall on the ground.
In addition we have access to a beautiful terrace which runs along the Rivière des Prairies.
Excellent place for a romantic date.
The only downside is that this place is not open seasonally because of winter which forces it to close due to the cold of course.
No one would like to have a coffee on a terrace at minus 20 degrees.
That said, I cannot hide my eagerness to see again this place that we love so much in the spring.
It's up to you to try it.

The staff are super friendly and outgoing. The food is good and affordable. Do yourself a favour next time you're in the area, and pay these fine folks a visit, instead of going to McDonald's or some other soulless corporate establishment.“

My complaint is about the ventilation in the place. Both times we went, we stayed for about 30 minutes and left smelling like food. This definitely needs improvement.“

“The food was Excellent! Much better than expected. The place was a bit loud and there were a lot of kids but that can be attributed to the time of year. The prices were also very good, low for the quality of the food. Lots of space between the tables also meant you had privacy for conversations, if you could be heard above the children. On a different night it would have been quite romantic. The only downside was the service which was indifferent. Drink refills were non-existent and if you wanted something you had to get up from your table and go find a staffer. I believe we went a full 20 minutes without seeing any staff in the dining room. The diners were all looking around, confused. I believe that this night the staff were focused on a large group in a separate room but that doesn't change the fact that we all are paying customers and expect the same service. With even a modicum of service this would have been a five star review. The food was just that good.“
