We’ve been buying cupcakes from Dolci Piu for the past few years, and the kids absolutely love them. This year, we also ordered our daughter’s anniversary cake from them, and it turned out absolutely beautiful and delicious.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I used to visit regularly, the previous staff were always welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience today was very different. According to my receipt, I was served by Julia. While I was simply asking for clarification about the name of a cake because the display label appeared to be misplaced, I felt that my questions were met with an unfriendly and dismissive attitude, which made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. A little patience and kindness would have made a big difference. As I was leaving, another employee, who I believe may have been the manager, smiled at me. I wanted to mention my experience but was in a rush and didn’t have the opportunity. After reading other reviews describing similar experiences with customer service, it’s disappointing to see that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I sincerely hope the store takes customer service more seriously, as it has always been one of the reasons I enjoyed coming here. Sadly, after this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

Cakes, pastries, and cookies are good however the size of cookies are not evenly cut. There’s a small one which is not fair for the price, in addition customer service is not good they don’t give time to check around, I feel like I have to rush to select my choice, no thank you it’s disappointing.

Bread is fresh. Crusty outside, fluffy inside. Just perfect. Pears pie with chocolate is the best. Great and vast variety of cakes and desserts. Totally recommended to find your cake for a party or just a place to take a coffee and some sweet.

Ordered this custom cake for my bday and the process from start to finish was swift and easy. Flavour was dolci piu and as someone who doesnt like cake it was perfect, not too sweet, light and nutty!
Disappointing experience. I ordered a trio and was charged for three separate items. No one mentioned my beverage was excluded until after I paid and went back to ask. The young girl who served me had an attitude throughout and didn't apologize when I raised the issue.

Delicious Cannolis!! My only problem is I ordered 8 cannolis : - 4 small and 2 regular original cannolis - 1 chocolate and 1 pistachio
But I only received 6 even though I was told to wait for a while and I did wait long because they’re preparing my order. The box was given to me sealed so I wasn’t able to check because I have to commute to go home. This is the 2nd time it happened so I am kind of disappointed.
