“We had a great experience at Poulet Rouge, thanks to the amazing service from Yven!
He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He patiently explained the menu and translated everything into English to help us make the best choices. He even took the time to interact with my daughter, playing pretend, encouraging her to eat, and making her laugh.
Throughout our meal, he kept checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food recommendations he gave were absolutely delicious! It’s not every day you find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and fun the way Yven did. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!“

“There's a POULET ROUGE IN QUÉBEC CITY!!! Iwas SO SO HAPPY to stumble upon them at the Capital Mall!
I LOVE POULET ROUGE!!! I eat it at least twice per week.
The staff at the Capital Mall location were super friendly,especially the dude at the end of the line. The only down side is that they are right near the amusement park (like most of the restaurants) so it could get loud on a busy day. Enjoy!

We received 3 plates of 1/2 of raised side and 1 warm breast, bbq sauce, fries and chicken also we didn't want to return our plates we asked for more bbq sauce and raised side sauce to reheat our fries and the ribs by dipping them in our plates were ready for a long time. Extra $2 each for rib sauce, expensive in criss to heat a plate Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. I spoke to the waiter about it but..... answer is like that I didn't want to spoil my evening we left for My part is good, next time it will be with a well-known competitor. PS the salad bar was good and cold. I say like the people at my table we ate a cold supper overall
On November 21, 2024, Mr. Simard from Score Duplessis followed up on my opinion and explained to me that the waitress was new, normally he would not have charged for the excess sauce. I am grateful for the feedback and I understand now I will return and thank you to the management for following up on my review.“

“We were passing through Quebec and kept seeing Benny and Co signs. We gave in and decided to stop here and try it. Benny and Co did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean. The washrooms were big and clean. The food was well priced and the quality was great. The chicken was very tender, moist, and flavorful. I have no idea what is in that sauce/gravy but that is probably the best one I have had at a rotisserie chicken place. Overall we were very happy with our experience. Next time we are in Quebec City we will definitely be back!“

“This was by far my best experience at a St-Hubert. The take out staff were amazing and very helpful. The dining staff were as well. I would say that they were so good that even though they made a mistake on my order (discovered on the way home and too far to go back) I still gave this place a 5 star. Great staff!!“
