I was very pleased with today's lunch.We were served by a man wearing black with a ponytail. He was cool, smiled, and was very professional and agile. We had a meeting for all of our employees on Sunday March 24 and we had planned a meal for each of them with a caterer. To make matters worse, the caterer stood us up and we had to find an alternative for 140 people. In 1.5 hours, we had 140 meals prepared and hot. A HUGE thank you to the entire St-Hubert Lebourgneuf team who worked that evening. Impeccable service and exceptional speed.
