I'm still surprised to read people who blame people in St-Apolinaire for not speaking english ?! It's not a touristic place you're out in the country in a small village and if you travel just a bit you know that french is the spoken language here in Quebec.....So I guess that when you go to Spain you blame people for not speaking german or english ?!
