I have witnessed on several occasions customers being very unpleasant with them...e.g. change of mind after the order is placed...and asks that it be free of charge...no, but honestly! I have also witnessed very dissatisfied customers being told "sorry..we are closed" when the customer shows up at closing time. These young people are spoken to with such a lack of respect from customers. At their age I wouldn't have been able to stay calm the same way. Who do the customers think they are????
