“Superb ice cream! I took coffee, hazelnuts and chocolate mint. On the other hand, what a pity not to find the rum raisin ice cream! It was my favorite ice cream in France and I can't find it anywhere so the disappointment when the lady told me that the flavor was only available in Montreal ?“

“Very good service. Young and dynamic team. I find these young people very patient and calm. I have witnessed on several occasions customers being very unpleasant with them...e.g. change of mind after the order is placed...and asks that it be free of charge...no, but honestly! I have also witnessed very dissatisfied customers being told "sorry..we are closed" when the customer shows up at closing time. These young people are spoken to with such a lack of respect from customers. At their age I wouldn't have been able to stay calm the same way. Who do the customers think they are???? You, the customer who shows up when it's closed, just had to manage your time better to arrive on time! And you who change your mind and criticize the order YOU placed....well accept your choice or pay for your change of mind...I don't know any restaurant or creamery that gives free things!
