The worst service, they gave us the burgers cold, and the potato uneatable like if it is from the day bdgore! When we told the cashier she just turned her face and ignored us!! Never again to this place! Really the worst!!!

Everythings burned! I asked for over easy eggs. I did receive overcooked, burned and all brown, kind of eggs, I will call it pancake eggs. Wow! Staff are just not on the ball at all!! Sausage was cooked only on one side. The other side was raw meat. Worst experience ever at A/W. Continue like this and you should close this place

Two Women, One Restaurant, and a Whole System Failing Them
Today, I witnessed something both inspiring and deeply unsettling. I walked into a busy A&W, filled with hungry customers, impatient stares, and the usual fast-food frenzy. But behind the counter? Only two women. Just two.
One of them, with a calm focus, was juggling order-taking, dishwashing, and managing the till — multitasking with the kind of grace that hides exhaustion behind professionalism. The other? She was literally running — not walking briskly, not hustling — but running. From the fryer to the counter, to the dining area, delivering trays, checking fries, taking orders. All while keeping a smile for each customer.
They weren’t just working. They were holding the place together. They were showing up — not just for a paycheck, but for everyone who walked through that door.
And yet… where was the rest of the staff? Where is the support? Where is the value we claim to place on essential work?
These women were doing the job of five people, for likely minimum wage or barely above. And still, they gave it their all. Society calls it “resilience.” But let’s be honest — it’s exploitation disguised as heroism.
We applaud hard workers, but do little to relieve their burden. We admire the hustle, but fail to question the system that demands it. These women deserve more than praise — they deserve respect, fair wages, benefits, and reinforcements.
So today, I salute them. Not just for keeping the burgers flipping and the fries hot, but for showing a strength that shouldn’t be necessary.
To the two women at A&W — I see you. And I hope others do too.
But more than seeing you — we must stand up for you. Because no one should have to run just to survive.

Unfortunately the fries and sweet potato fries were completely unsalted and the churros had no sauce with it... we didn't get napkins :(((( i will avoid this a&w in the future.
Well I went to saint sauveur aw I orderd 2 trio a mama and a papa I specifically said only mozza sauce please in the papa a root beer anda coke a fie and onion ring .I pay I even give the girl a tip .soo she gives me my order the papa as everything initially plus the mozzarella I said sorry I said only mozza sauce I told you twice sooo now ilooklike a fool all the staff is looking at me like I was crazy .soo the third time it has mustard and ketchup and mozza sauce .I felt humiliated .
