Soft cream too soft the cone was all crooked I had difficulty eating it without it falling to the ground. Correct Tiramisu dipping, nothing more. My partner took Ferrero dipping and the daughter told him that it's normal that the chocolate doesn't harden. The cornet doesn't even look like a cornet.
Watermelon slush tastes like nothing.
Expensive for nothing as a very disappointed place.

Not accessible by stroller, 3 steps at the entrance.

So many things wrong about this place. Nothing special about the ice cream. It’s ice cream you can get at the grocery store. The restaurant is dirty. A deep clean would help. I was charged $20.47 before tip (and yes of course I tipped) for 2 medium cones with chocolate and nuts on the cone, 2 scoops of hard ice cream, covered in chocolate dip. The chocolate dip tasted like nothing. I paid cash and asked for a receipt. The kid at the cash said I couldn’t have a receipt if I paid in cash.. well, that’s all I had. I came outside and told my husband then we went in, the owner was there. We explained the situation the owner re rang the order up, this time the total was $19.37. The owner kept insisting we ordered a large when we ordered a medium. He offered us the difference and I said don’t bother. Zero apology, nothing. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here again. Chocolate Favoris is a block away and doesn’t disappoint!

Friendly employees, very good ice cream despite a little expensive. But I loved the fact that we were allowed to return even with our dogs.

Excellent ice cream! We had the mango sorbet, the hard splash ice cream and one Sunday and everything was perfect! The man there was really nice! I would come back without hesitating.
