Undoubtedly one of the best smoked salmon or gravlax in very large (including Montreal)! The quality is amazing!! It's not too salty and a light smoky taste! It's good, it's good, it's good!!!! The place where you lose a star is that you slice it way too thick and you can't have it sliced the way you like it. It's not for lack of asking! It's a shame because you are so close to perfection!
