The wagyu beef was cooked perfectly but under seasoned. The filet also under seasoned but cooked right. Fries were cold, mushrooms were ok. Hot chocolate was ammmazing. Crab legs perfect and crispy rice with lobster was balanced and delicious. I am a food person, brought my teens and we weren't their expected clientele and weren't overly tended to. I did enjoy the food for the most part but there is definitely room for improvement. After 18% tip bill was $460 for 3.

The restaurant is open to the hotel lobby, with people constantly walking by in bathing suits, bathrobes, and even shirtless. This is not what you expect from an expensive steakhouse.

The noise level was very high, making it hard to enjoy a conversation. Service from our server was very good, but the manager interaction lacked any personal touch — she spoke to us while scanning the room rather than engaging with us.

The food was okay, but not exceptional enough to justify the price. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Considering the price of my filet, I expected the chef to be on point with the cooking. I asked for medium/rare and got medium well. My side of fries were over-cooked and dry. Not a satisfied or returning customer

I have been to hundreds of steakhouses and this one is by far the worst I have ever been to. The service wasn't terrible, it was garbage. Took about an hour and a half to get our entrees and then another hour to get our steaks. I dont know if they were butchering the cow in the back for everything to take so long but when i expressed my complaints to the waitress, she literally walked away from me without saying anything. She was french (France) so they never really care about service anyways.

Also, food to ratio quality was unreasonable. I honestly make better lobster and steak at home. They brought us a choice of knives to choose from to cut our steaks... I wish one of them was sharpened properly, let alone a steak knife at all. I was fighting with my steak. It came well done and i asked for medium. At this point I just couldn't take it anymore so I didn't complain I just wanted to leave.

At one point they started flambéing the lobster at another table to give a show but it ended up suffocating the whole restaurant with fumes and smoke and we were just coughing from the smell of the butter that was flying in the air. What a mess. This is a sad excuse for a steakhouse.

Food was cold and not worth the money - was expecting much more but very disappointed - would not return

We unfortunately had to wait 45min for our table, but once we were seated the service was friendly and professional. We loved all the appetizers and mean course was also very good. We really enjoyed the "family style" service. Perfect for a large group on Christmas day. Overall big success, we hope to be back next year.

Nous avons été servi par Amélie ! Excellente serveuse, très gentille et respectueuse ! Nous avons adoré son service ! La cuisine était excellente ! La cuisson des steaks était parfaite et les accompagnements délicieuse ! Nous avons pris le pain en entrée et il était tout simplement incroyable ! Je recommande fortement ce restaurant !

Service froid et long à la table. Prix élevé pour certains produits tels que les asperges.

Je ne souhaite pas faire de commentaires publics mais je veux envoyer un message à l'établissement

Le Seul commentaire c'est que pour le prix, le filet mignon ne m'a pas épaté sinon le reste était correct

Seriously it was amazing to see how we're treating we really like the experience the only thing is that I asked to get a pièces of cake for my wife 50th birthday besides that best experience

Aucunement représentatif d'un steak house. 2 tomahacks arrivés à la table pas cuit presque bleu et nous avions demander à point! Retourner et revenu encore pas cuit. Même chose pour notre filet mignon. Table derrière nous d'aldultes mi trentaine intoxiqués et étaient dérangeants. Je ne conseille pas du tout!
