“I don’t think a manager can be in everyone’s shoe, hence we were disappointed by the the staff who had no knowledge on the menu, how to cook it. They put 2$ worth of stuffing in habernaro wrap /bowl which was 8-9$. Took us 15 mins to convince the staff to call the manager and the manager agreed the concerns and took his time to remake our order and he even brought it to the table! Exceptional customer service by the manager!“

“Fabulous. Just fabulous!!! I had the Belisle sandwich, cappuccino, and a brownie. Wonderful. Tasty. Good value for great food. You have to try the food! And the maple bourbon cheesecake is ridiculously good! Like a combo of cheesecake and pecan pie but better! And on top of it all, great comfy solid seating! And the view!?!? Just fabulous.“

“Went here for brunch and really enjoyed it. Big portions and everything was tasty. Classic breakfast spot with all the essentials done right.

The vibe is cozy and relaxed, and the service was friendly and quick. Food came out fast even though it was busy.

I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks in St-Sauveur! The service is incredibly fast—my drink and Falafel pocket were ready in literally one minute. The employees are always kind, courteous, and radiate positivity (special shoutout to Anaïs and Marc). They’ve never made a mistake on my order, and the little handwritten notes on every item truly make my day. It’s the kind of thoughtful touch that keeps me coming back!
