The employees are very competent and provided impeccable service. They were very efficient! The only problem is that there is a very obvious lack of staff, two employees during the dinner rush is insufficient and unacceptable for the conditions of these workers.
I went to tim hortons yesterday. It was a mobile pick up. The man serving me was really sweet and pleasant and put a huge smile on my face . It doesnt take much to make someones day :)

Despite a blatant lack of quality employment (the majority are still in secondary school), they offer good service as best as possible! Well ok with product errors XD but it's still good the same!!!
