Stopped in for a quick Teen Burger and ended up leaving impressed by the service. While we were there, a few customers accidentally knocked over some donation posters with their coats. Most people wouldn’t even notice, let alone bother fixing them—but Vincent, who was clearly managing the place, took the time to carefully pick them up and reset them. You could tell he genuinely cared about the store and the cause.

On top of that, he handled some rude customers ahead of us with patience and professionalism, and was just genuinely kind and pleasant with us too. “Exceptional service provided by Messrs. Gabriel, Zach and Félix who have each, in their own way, worked beyond the expectations of a Harveys franchise. Since they were closing at the time we returned, they were easily able to tell us that the kitchen was closed. But they generously took our order and even offered more in our meal than we ordered.
