“What a gem! Chicken & Bap in Quebec is a standout Korean restaurant that impressed me on every level.
The Food (5/5): The Korean Bap here is exceptional. I personally ordered the ChiBap Extra and was blown away; the portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is superb. My wife had the Bulgogi, which was perfectly prepared—everything tasted fresh, authentic, and wonderfully balanced. This is truly great food that justifies a visit all on its own.
The Vibe (5/5): The atmosphere here is truly unique and immediately drew me in. It feels incredibly curated, almost bohemian. I felt like each piece of furniture was purchased separately, making the whole setting feel like a story to tell. It's cozy, distinctive, and adds so much character to the dining experience.
I would strongly recommend Chicken & Bap to anyone who loves Korean Bap and especially to people who are curious to try it for the first time. Go for the food, and stay to soak in the incredible environment!”

“One word - wow. I went to this restaurant with my husband and two kids (9 & 4.5). The food was top notch. I had the duck linguini and a lovely drink. The duck was just as I remember eating in Paris France years ago - so tender and seasoned well. The kids and my husband also liked their meal. Service was excellent. Very respectful and attentive. Overall, if I could eat here ever night I would! I might just drive here for Ottawa every March, just for the duck !”

“Good lunch plate egg meat. On the other hand, breakfast potatoes are ordinary hard and dry, not fresh homemade. Courteous and fast service by the owner. Fair price. In reference to your request for clarification for the dissatisfied item, as I indicated in my review, I was not satisfied with the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were pale, hard and quite dry. So not tender or soft enough.”

My only regret is we visited on our third day staying in Lac Beauport for 5 days and I should have driven here before going to our Vrbo house. The coffee drinks, the pastries, the bread, yes every item was a transformational experience in which each bite gave me a feeling of pure nirvana.”
