“Had a late-night craving after a night out and randomly found this spot… and wow, what a discovery!
It’s a small counter shop serving fresh and flavourful bubble teas, but honestly the real standout is the customer service! I took advantage of the bogo deal and the owner hooked me up with a few extra treats. He’s super kind, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to talk to you.
Without realizing it, what was supposed to be a quick stop turned into hours of conversation and it genuinely felt like catching up with an old friend! Every person who walked-in was greeted with the same warm welcome and smile. In a city where everyone’s rushing and lowkey guarded, it was refreshing to slow down and connect like that. I swear I almost felt like a tourist in my own town😄
I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m around downtown/Chinatown and strongly recommend the place for a late snack with good vibes to match, this is the spot🔥🔥“

“They offer a wide variety of choices, but they use honey instead of sugar which is not my preferred choice, there is also too much ice, I recommend you ask for less. Overall the place is nice and clean and the drinks are good, but I feel like there's better ones.“
“My boyfriend and I discovered this place upon moving in Lachine. We are big bubble teas fans so we were excited to try Bon Bon Thé's and boy were we not disappointed! The flavors are amazing, there's plenty of tapioca pearls and the size is good for the price. As for the place itself, it has everything you'd want from a dépanneur and the owners are perhaps the sweetest business owners we've met!“

“Nice chew and texture on the boba / tapioca bubbles. The ice was melted unfortunately in my drink and the drink was luke warm…
To the owner; please mix the drink and ice in a SHAKER first, and then pour it into a cup with ice.
The same with the slush, it was mostly melted instead of a slush.“

“It’s a favourite whenever I feel like getting something fresh, the prices are good and the staff is nice. Although if you’re in a hurry and there’s a lot of people waiting, I don’t recommend but otherwise, go for it. They have a really good green tea with lime imo“

“Incredible spot, ever since me and my roommate discovered it last year, it truly became our go to. The food is amazing (they now have specialized restaurant called Pho Rachel), their drinks are delicious and refreshing, and the two owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this enough! ❤️“

“This is my go-to place for drinks. Everything is always fresh, and the place is clean. The staff are so kind and friendly, which makes every visit nice. The only small issue is that there are no smaller sizes, and the portions can be a bit big for me and a little expensive. But I still really like this place because of the quality and the amazing staff! 🥰❤️❤️“

“One of my favorite BOBAS in town! The bobas are very deliciously soft (also made of honey) compared to other bubble teas in Montreal. Their drinks menu is original & diversified in fresh flavor - well thought ingredients mix. I much appreciate it doesn't taste the weird powder usually used in the bubble teas.
Price tag is relatively high, but quality & fun in your mouth are what you get in return! And please, I don't pay for that much ice in my drink ? Customer service and rapidity of execution should be improved.

“The popping bubbles are so tasty and good and they’re easy to pop. Even the drinks are delicious. My favorite is the tiramisu one with peach popping bubble. So refreshing, tasty and delicious. And the seats are comfortable and colourful. And the staff are really nice, patient and sweet. First time I went there with my mom they explained me the history or the drink and gave me recommendations based on my taste. All that with patience. Love this place ❤️ 5⭐️“

“This was an amazing drink. I ordered the Oolong milk mixture and was able to order it without sugar, or ice. It was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing and the cashier was kind and courteous. All the workers had wonderful smiles and made you feel welcome to be there. Great job!“
“Idk why reviews are so low, very good bubble tea, better than anywhere I was before. Not much sugar, almost like a normal black tea, and if you ask for putting less ice, the employee will respect your ask. I'll revisit again. Bubble tea even better than in downtown, just pls make sure you know what you're ordering. Black sugar and ying yang were good for me and my friend.Also, as a sushi shop they're very good as well, I tried the chicken salad with grilled riz.“

“premièrement , je voulais remercier à la vie en douceur, précisément à Constanza la propriétaire, car elle même m'as fait ma gâteau spécial pour mes 50 et le résultat c'est était incroyablement très beau ( elle avec la belle création qui m'a fait m'a rendu mon cœur et mon âme très heureux) et resterai pour toujours, merci infiniment Constanza et la vie en douceur pour me faire sentir ce jour de ma Fête de 50 ( qui s' est passé le 19 Juliette un le plus beau jour de ma vie et aussi tout le monde adoré le merveilleux gâteau et c'est très bon🥰😋😍, je vous le recommande,pour que vous pouviez sentir le même sentiment que moi , ( donc je vous invite aller voir et vous laisser sentir tout le merveilleux qui LA VIE EN DOUCEUR)🥰✨😍✨“

“I had the poke poki bowl. Generous portion, fresh good quality fish, very fresh veggies and nice sticky rice. I wasn't expecting much but it was surprisingly a great poke bowl.
