“The portions are huge, the food is great, no matter what you choose to eat, and the service and people who work here aim to please! Always!!!

The staff remains forever, no constant staff changes, therefore I presume they must be paid well enough and they always seem happy and very adept and quick at serving.“

“The employee service is impeccable on several points. Welcoming, attentive to customers, smiling. When I went there, the guy had misunderstood and made a mistake in my sandwiches. He quickly offered to do it again without hesitation and very politely apologizing. He gave me the sandwiches with the error as well since he was going to throw it away (not to be taken literally because depending on the employee and the location, the error policy is different). Speed is not always there, but for the quality of service and the efficiency of task distribution it amply compensates. The atmosphere is good and the restaurant is always clean when I go there. The foods are really fresh and beautiful. Only thing I would say that the place needs to improve is the way of closing the subs before packaging because when you have to open it to eat the food is 2/3 next to it.“

“I have not had the opportunity to visit your business, however I saw the report on the violence of customers towards your employees. Please know that I stand in solidarity with all of you. Don't give up on a misunderstood cellar handle. You are essential to our little gastronomic pleasures. Good luck.“
