Fruit flies all over the ketchup station. Prices are higher at this location than most other locations I've visited. Difficult to get a hold of staff when there's an order mistake. Bathroom has no paper towels and not way to open the door without touching the door handle. Often the order can take more than 10 minutes to get ready, that's not fast food. No issue with food quality so far though.
Large and clean dining area. Three picnic like tables and benches for eating outside. Fair number of parking spaces. At any rate, it's located in a plaza so there is ample parking beyond those dedicated for McDonald's. It maybe a vestige of COVID times, but it's great to have parking spots for delivery to your car door. Drive through available. There was no self serve soda fountain, but otherwise a great location and pleasant staff
I ordered a cheeseburger to go the other day. When checked my burger once at home, there was no cheese. Just the bun, the patty, the sauce....that's it.

Customers are advised to check their order before leaving, as missing items happen occasionally, and eating poutine without a fork can be tricky. Despite these issues, the restaurant is well set up compared to other branches, and orders are often delivered quickly and efficiently. The food tends to be hot, and drinks like iced coffee are icy, making for a decent experience overall.
