Je ne suis JAMAIS tombé sur une batch de patates moin assaisonnée ou de la viande un peu sèche. Tout est frais et ça ce goûte! Les portions sont plus que généreuse pour le prix, on peut facilement faire 3 portions avec une assiette (who am I kidding, je lui sacre une volée dans la soirée même!) My boyfriend and I enjoy Amir - we've tried several locations across Quebec and this one, without a doubt, is the BEST Amir. Everything is fresh, warm and DELICIOUS. Not to mention the service is always kind and friendly. We come get our pita shish taouk trios probably more often than is financially responsible but, what can I say, they're just THAT good. If you are looking for a tasty lunch, come here and, as they say, ''treat yo self'' to the best Amir around!“

“Sarab has delish middle eastern food to individually take to go or to share with friends or family! It is nicely located beside Pharmaprix St Jean to pick up after your errands. I got the Shish Taouk Shawarma mixed plate where you can pick 2 salad choices. My friend ordered the wrap. Customer service was also very nice. Friendly staff and excellent service on getting our orders. Not too long of a wait and food was yummy. They offer vegetarian options of you're vegetarian. They also offer a family food combo which I'd like to try next time I go !! for west islanders, they used to be located at Fairview! Support local !!“

The restaurant itself is spotless, the seating area is comfortable, and everything feels professionally managed. You can tell they take pride in their business.

The food quality is outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous and the presentation is clean and appealing. The meat was tender and flavorful, the rice was cooked just right, and the sauces complemented the dishes perfectly without overpowering them. You can taste the quality and consistency in every bite. This is not average halal food. This is top tier.

What truly made the experience exceptional was Sondos at the cashier. She is amazing. Extremely friendly, professional, patient, and welcoming. She greets customers with a genuine smile and makes you feel valued, not rushed. Her positive energy sets the tone for the entire restaurant. Customer service like that is rare. She answered questions clearly, helped with recommendations, and handled everything smoothly and efficiently.

Great food is important, but great service makes people come back. Sondos represents the restaurant very well.

Ordered the Mixed Grill Platter for two (chicken tawouk, kafta, and shish taouk) with garlic sauce, fries, and their legendary grilled chicken sandwich on the side ,— everything showed up, still scorching hot and smelling incredible. The meats were an absolute masterpiece: perfectly charred on the outside, insanely juicy inside, and seasoned with that authentic smoky Lebanese marinade that you can’t fake. The garlic sauce is straight-up addictive, thick, punchy, and dangerously good. Even the fries stayed crispy, and the pita was still soft and warm. Portion sizes are massive. Pro tip: ask for extra garlic sauce. You’ll thank me later. If you want real deal, charcoal-grilled Lebanese BBQ that travels like a champ, Dhaybi is untouchable. 5/5 without hesitation. “Been here twice now. Both times I was served with a smile and polite staff / owner. The food is delicious. Chicken is not too dry and not too juicy which is what you want in a shish touk. Very flavorful and generous portions. Restaurant is clean but just a tad on the warm side, but is to be expected when their cooking machines are so efficient. I would recommend this place over the other Lebanese food chain in the area. Plus if your car needs a wash there is a car was run by the same people. Plus Plus, if you want a dessert, there is also an ice cream place run by the same people. Clearly a very hard working small business owner / operator. To summarize, 10/10, would recommend.“
