Having already worked in catering on the floor it was easy to see that it was not a good evening for the staff. That said Charles Éric always responded to us with a smile, he apologized several times for the delays in the kitchen and he took the time to explain the situation. In short, a very good server!“

The one I had was the holy Swiss, I believe, and it was absolutely delicious with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. The owner was there and was just so nice. Very down to earth.
