“For those accustomed to real Thai food this is an excellent place to taste good Thai food.

The chef-owner and his wife prepare the food there.

Restaurants in brewery areas, pubs or taverns are the only problem.
At the very back there is the dining room without cold decor but what can we say about the freshness and taste of the excellent dishes.

Plenty of food to bring.

I made the suggestion of decorating a little Thai style.... to set the mood.

Immerse yourself in the flavors of Asia with its tasty and inexpensive dishes

There are not many or hardly any Thai chefs in Quebec.

“I ate Chez Kim every Friday evening from the age of 5 until I was 12 and it is one of my best childhood memories. It's the best Vietnamese restaurant by far and not just in Laval, since I moved to Gatineau I go back there as often as possible because it's so good compared to what we have here. Always great service, the food is super hot and delicious. Plus the owner is super nice and she’s the one who serves us every time, always happy to see her again :)“

“The customer service was great. We got the Chicken general Tao which was delicious! Also we got the pokthai teriyaki salmon. Unfortunately the salmon was over cooked. But the rest of the dish was good. My brother got a pad Thai (no picture) and he liked it as well. I’m general they give generous portions.“

“He didn’t put anything. I finished my meal in less than 5min eating slowly. I know he is busy but I got literally one scoop of rice. I’ve eaten in Thai express and usually is not like that. “Generous portion and reasonable price. I have enough for two meals with my dish (pad thai). I ordered online, the site is good for extras and customization of dishes. I was picked up my order at the scheduled time, it was ready when I arrived.“

“The place was clean and the staff very nice. The only thing was the snow was not cleared on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. I was with an elderly person and it was difficult for that person to walk into the restaurant. Hence the 4 stars.

Vegetarian options: I was able to get a vegetarian, version of the meal I wanted. I really appreciated that!

Dietary restrictions: I also had the option of ordering my meal gluten-free. It's one of the reasons I like Thai Express!“

“Very clean and very good each time we go! They give us generous portions and honestly good job to the guys that cook behind the counter! They work efficiently and even when they are swamped, they take the time to say hi and goodbye to the customers.“

“I really like this place. It's a typicalgood quality Thai Express joont but what makes it a great is the friendly staff. Always smiling, always ,kind, and friendly. If their is a language barrier they are always patient and repeat making an effort or soeak clearer and a bit slower. The bathrooms are always clean and so is the eating area. I am a stickler for good service and cleanliness. I don't hesitate to suggest this place to my people. It's one of my regular haunts. Enjoy!“
