Perfect place forbreakfast

We ate there twice in two days and the food (roast pork sand./egg sand./ French toast, crepes, eggs, toast, breakfast meats) were all very good. BUT, the first time we went, it took forever for someone to take our order even though there were 3-4 waitresses hanging around the bar/cash area right in front of our table. Finally flagged someone down and asked her to take our order. Got our sandwiches but she never brought the coffee we ordered and never came back to the table! Got the coffee from a busgirl eventually. Then it took forever to pay as the cashier chatted with customers after they had paid! Second day we had delicious breakfast but it took around 40 minutes to get our food. It was a Sunday at 11, so it was busy, but 40 minutes wait for breakfast is just too long. Also, they don't have AC inside, so it can get really hot! Great food; mediocre service!

This place was great, now not so much. Eggs, & Omelette served on a cold plate.
Waitress was nice, either too busy, or not very attentive.

The style of breakfast restaurant from my childhood. The tables are very close together, the food is good, the menu has several options, the prices are adequate and the restaurant is crowded! We feel the friendly atmosphere.

The holiday platter was okay, though. Stew isn't just meatballs, there's also pork and a thick sauce. That was missing. We also had a vegetarian wrap. It was all soaked, and it fell apart into 1000 pieces... I think next time, we'll stick to lunch!!!!

The last time I went to Au Petit Café Chez Denise, I had the pleasure of tasting their onion soup, and it was absolutely incredible! A real delight, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent, and the family atmosphere of the restaurant really added to the charm of the place. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, brunch or dinner in the Laurentides region. You will not be disappointed!
