This was so good the different fusions of ice ream was insane. Definitely will be back

Good gelato, friendly staff and fun decor with the outside only seating. The only issue we had was how crowded it was but there was a festival going on so ...

Fast service, tasty gelato, reasonable prices.

Tried the following gelatos:
- Pistachio — excellent
- Bueno — very good

They also have soft serve ice cream that you can dip in several options (chocolate, caramel etc).

There are a few seats indoor, but most seating is outdoor on picnic style tables.

Really enjoyed the gelato, and the girls working behind the counter were very polite and quick.

Excellent choices, polite staff, clean place, exquisite ice-cream! We'll be back!

Good ice cream, EXTREMELY RUDE staff. 4-5 young girls standing behind the cash talking/joking among each other and being very rude to customers. Will not be back simply for how rude they were to me and my family. What a shame!!!

Disappointing Experience

I usually never write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. My kids were saying hello to the cashier and were completely ignored. We were given ice cream in a cup but no spoon. When I politely asked for one, I was ignored again while other customers were served, and by the time we got a spoon, my kids' ice cream had melted.

It’s really upsetting to see kids feel sad because of how they were treated. A simple smile or acknowledgment would’ve made a big difference. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve the service and encourages better staff training.

Staff very rude, one of the employees named Anna or aly or whatever gave a lot of attitude

I ordered a seven dollar milkshake and realised later that I was charged 15 dollars for it because they put it in a reusable glass cup.

So many flavours it's hard to choose. the maple swirl soft cone and gelatos were yummy.

We love this place so much, we’re not from the St-Sauveur area, but we do talk about our cravings from this place often enough that we HAVE to stop when we’re around. A must go!

Repentigny site: Gelato was freezer burn/iced Not 1 flavor but 4 flavours. Gelato is not creamy. Very disappointing 32$

We had a gelato cream (very good)
On the other hand, having the wafer served with your fingers, even though there are tongs provided for this purpose!!
I find this very unpleasant, because then she gives change with her own fingers ??
