I went to order today at 10 amThe blond girl with the face piercings who took my order told me that she only accepted orders in FRENCH, "Quebec's only language". I thought customer service was about pleasing customers. Keep politics put of a tourist town. I did not want to eat what I ordered for fear that they might have put a booger in my wrap since they are so anti English. Please retrain this person or replace them. It takes about 10 minutes to learn the English words for the menu items. She was simply confrontational and ignorant and has no place working in a job which deals with customers. I am never going back to that location.

The cashier was very slow because there seemed new. Lack of active professional staff. The cook was quick but put rotten lettuce in my sandwich. It happens a lot to Tim Parcons. I asked for another lettuce leaf lolIt took almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and there was no line-up.

Worst TimHorton!!No hot chocolate, barely 4 choices of donuts, the toilets are very dirty and no longer have soaps to wash your hands and there is no hot water either. Room temperature really too cold, you have to keep your coat on.Really bad customer experience :-(
