The cashier was very slow because there seemed new. Lack of active professional staff. The cook was quick but put rotten lettuce in my sandwich. It happens a lot to Tim Parcons. I asked for another lettuce leaf lolIt took almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and there was no line-up.
I left before being served. When you wait more than 10 minutes just for a coffee... There weren't many people out front. Employees should be better trained. Speed and service in this type of restaurant = a priority. I wasn't the only one dissatisfied and impatient. Lack of employment is one thing. Value efficiency and pay accordingly...
